Returns and Exchanges

Our ultimate goal is to offer delight at your fingertips.  Our devices and polishes are tested, inspected, and proven time and time again.  We are confident that you will love your Nimble and use it regularly.  If for any reason you do not, our return / exchange policy is as follows:

DEVICES

We offer a 30-day (from date of delivery), no questions asked, money-back guarantee for your Nimble device.  We strongly advise keeping original packaging and Secure Shipping System 2.0 during the 30-day period.  

Here’s how the returns process works:

  1. Email us at hello@nimblebeauty.com with your order number and let us know you’d like to start a return.
  2. Customer is responsible for reassembling the Secure Shipping System 2.0 so that the Nimble device arrives in working condition (in your app, click Profile > Device Settings > Lock for Transport, tutorial here), as well as the return shipping fees.
  3. You will receive email confirmation once your Nimble arrives at our returns center. From then on, please allow 7 - 14 business days for our technicians to perform device functionality checks.
  4. If passed, we will refund your original payment method.

If the original Secure Shipping System 2.0 was lost and needs to be replaced, $15 will be deducted from the refund and the NimbleCare team will send out a replacement.  Any applicable customs and duties (i.e. returning from Canada or by way of a US military base or freight forwarder) must be pre-paid by customer.

For devices outside of the 30-day window, we do offer a 1 year warranty for the device hardware, subject to conditions here. Please email NimbleCare at hello@nimblebeauty.com with your order number, device serial number, and a brief description of the issue for assistance.

POLISH CAPSULES

Our polish colors are developed to complement all skin tones and we want our customers to be proud to show them off. Inquiries will be handled on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate goal of making our customers happy.  Please email hello@nimblebeauty.com with your order number for assistance.  

Refunds / Returns / Exchanges:  Due to sanitary reasons, we cannot offer returns / exchanges.  All capsule sets are final sale.    

Defects:  We rigorously check our polish capsules for quality control.  If you feel you have received a defective product, please email hello@nimblebeauty.com with your order #, a clear photo of the defective capsule, and a brief description of the issue within 48 hours of receipt.
