If you’re changing your home Wi-Fi network, want your Nimble connected to a different Wi-Fi network, or taking your Nimble somewhere with completely different Wi-Fi, the Reset Wi-Fi feature can help you wipe both your device and app for a fresh new pairing.  Do NOT use this feature if you encounter an error, as our engineers need your Nimble to be connected to Wi-Fi and online to help push any remote solves.

1.  Ensure your Nimble is turned on and in Capsule Ready mode.
2. Go to Profile > Device Settings > Forget Wi-Fi Network in your app.
3. Click Reset Wifi when prompted.
4. Once you’ve done so, all lights should flash briefly on your Nimble, and it will return to QR Ready mode - white Power button, red Paint button, Wifi button blinking blue.
